Who regulates us

Professional indemnity insurance

As required by the SRA, we maintain professional indemnity insurance that covers all legal work carried out by the firm. Details of our insurer can be provided on request.

Client money and accounts

Any money we hold on your behalf is managed in accordance with the SRA Accounts Rules. Client funds are kept in designated client accounts and are never mixed with the firm’s own money.

Complaints and redress

We aim to provide a high-quality service at all times. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, you have the right to make a complaint. Our full procedure is explained in our Complaints Procedure.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to refer it to the Legal Ombudsman. Details are provided in our complaints procedure.

Anti-Money Laundering compliance
